Can my PC play this list of games? - list of games serials mount and blade

That's my PC:

Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit with SP1
* Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 operating at 2.0 GHz
* 4 GB DDR2 SDRAM
250GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive
* Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 graphics with up to 1759MB shared memory

The list of games that you want to install it:

Call of Duty World at War (below average quality)
Call of Duty 4 (low-medium quality)
Age of Empires 3
Halo 2 (medium quality)
World of Warcraft
Resident Evil 5 (below average quality)
Wolfenstein (below average quality)

I do not expect the high quality or anything, I can not play on low to medium quality, without delay.

It must be your platform. However, if you want to play on high quality, then you upgrade the graphics card. His current stinks.

Based on the graphics card on a laptop in order to really improve is not an option. Warcraft, probably would be good, as is the rule, but in terms of Call of Duty gaming or graphics-intensive, is not according to this view only goes to about 14 frames per second, which is not even half of what it would cost, reproduction. Check out the full games for the purposes of this Call of Duty 4 is the proof:

Or is the sake of brevity here his conclusion:
Let the record straight - the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 is not designed to play. There should be a low cost, low power integrated graphics solution, the video playback and external display connections. While Intel continues to improve the performance of integrated graphics solutions, offers its latest X4500 is not yet suitable for games. Even at very low settings, the X4500 is not a performance for an enjoyable gaming in the modern game - the oldest such as Counter-Strike: Source, yes,But the youngest, like Left 4 Dead, absolutely not. Players looking for a gaming notebook will find a model that is a graphics solution like NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT too. But for everything else except the game, not a bad choice X4500.
