Concord Fans And Lighting My 1996 Chrylser Concord Fan Will Not Come On ?

My 1996 chrylser concord fan will not come on ? - concord fans and lighting

We found low-and hi fan relay fuse under the hood and dashboard. we replaced the temperature sensor. When you turn the temperature sensor, both fans come on, we measure the volts for oxygen and the Lord of the temperature, both of which are 5 Volts. Is there another relay or something else that we have not tested. We check the engine codes, no luck.

These fans are of the Powertrain Control module. Are sure that you do not comin controlled? She will not come until the engine turns a temperature of about 220-240F.Does the fan when the AC is reached?
